Choongo Chibawe
Chief Executive Officer and also serves as the Company Secretary. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Sciences from The University of Zambia. Choongo is an accomplished Agri-Business and Investment Banking Expert.
Joseph L. Chikonde
Independent Actuatrial Consultant and Valuation surveyor. Holds a Bachelors Degree in Land Economy from the Copperbelt University and Post Graduate Diploma in Acturial Science from the University of Kent United Kingdom. He is also the Managing Partner of MAK Associates, a property development consulting and valuation company.
Jack Sievu
Head Finance and Compliance, he has over 20 years experience in Accounting and Finance and a Fellow of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and Hold a Masters Degree in Finance and Investment from University of Stirling, Scotland. He serves on the Board of PACRA and Lusaka Securities Exchange.
Mutale M Kangombe
A banker and a graduate of the University of Zambia with financial sector experience. He holds an MCOM in Development Finance from the Graduate School of Business-University of Cape Town.
Abyudi James Shonga Jnr. S.C.
Co Founder and Board Member a State Counsel in Zambia. He serves on various boards in Zambia. He is the Managing Partner of Shamwana and Company one of the oldest law firms in Zambia.
